Meet The Team
Lioncor was founded by John Maxwell in 2018, after major American investment company Oaktree Capital bought his Alanis Capital, a development company. Together they formed Lioncor, initially to build out several sites Oaktree had acquired from NAMA, and to acquire and build new housing and commercial developments around the country.
Their first development was a half finished small scheme on Church Road in Killiney. Condor already had four shells of houses, but each required stripping back to the basics and rebuilding.
What they have produced are stunning 5 bedroom 3 storey family homes, finished to perfection, in a desired location amongst some of the the largest detached houses in the area, with views across to the Dublin Mountains. Find about more: Condor Killiney
